Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 5–7 business days after payment is received. Deliveries are made via Purolator to Canadian addresses and P.O. boxes. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and stock availability.

Currently, we only ship within Canada, including P.O. boxes.

All products from THE CUSTOM CHEF are backed by the Cuisine::pro® LIFETIME GUARANTEE, provided by Global Retail Brands Canada Limited. This covers defects in materials and workmanship for 25 years under normal domestic use and proper care. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper cleaning. Once reviewed, if your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace your product. To make a claim, please contact info@thecustomchef.ca, and our Customer Service Team will guide you through the process.

We recommend handwashing your knives with mild soap and warm water, then drying immediately. Avoid dishwashers as the high heat and abrasive detergents may dull your blades and handle and increase risk of rust and corrosion.  Regular honing keeps your blade sharp—professional sharpening may be needed only once a year with proper care.
