We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that personalized or clearance items cannot be returned. For return requests, simply email our Customer Service Team at info@thecustomchef.ca to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA).
If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or defective, please contact info@thecustomchef.ca with your order number and a brief description (photos help, too). If the product is confirmed faulty, we will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or refund—whichever is most suitable.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 5–7 business days after payment is received. Deliveries are made via Purolator to Canadian addresses and P.O. boxes. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and stock availability.

Hand-wash with mild soap and warm water, then dry immediately. Avoid dishwashers and cutting on hard surfaces like stone or glass. Regular honing keeps your blade sharp—professional sharpening may be needed only once a year with proper care.

These look even better in person than they do online. The hammered blades and the wood and glass block make a nice statement on the counter without taking over the whole kitchen.
They’re sharp, comfortable to use, and they look like they belong in the kitchen. Best knives I’ve ever had…happy I got them.

Super happy with this block. It really elevates my kitchen and stores my new favourite knives better than when I had them in a drawer. The block set is a great deal rather than buying each knife individually. They are really sharp and look really aesthetic. They are also lightweight and the handles are comfortable to grip. I wasn't expecting a knife block to actually change how a kitchen counter looks, but this one does. The wood grain is genuinely striking — every piece I've seen has real variation in the grain pattern, so it doesn't look mass-produced or plasticky the way most blocks do. It reads more like a small piece of furniture than a kitchen accessory, which is exactly what sold me.
It's also just well-proportioned. Clean lines, no unnecessary bulk, and it sits nicely whether your counter style is minimalist or more traditional. I've had people comment on it who couldn't care less about knives.
